Do you know our full breakfast buffet? Our catering team is in charge to get you started. Our products are of quality and we adapt them to your needs. We make it a point of honor to supply products in short circuit: organic eggs and charcuteries from farms of Occitania, jams developed by a master jams of the department of Ariège, cheeses from France supplied in a local cheese factory in Toulouse. In addition, cakes, salads and salty and balanced dishes are made every day to meet all requests. We offer vegetarian and gluten-free options as well as fruit, yogurt glasses, muesli cereals, pastries, bread, homemade cakes, salads, freshly ground coffee, a varied choice of teas…
Hours: from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on weekdays and from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on weekends and holidays.
Bar
Whether you are by the pool, comfortably seated in our lobby or in your apartment, or you need a snack during your day, we offer a varied selection of dishes, salads and drinks directly from our bar area “le Comptoir Éole”. We also offer a selection of local PGI wines from Occitania and craft beers that you can accompany with a local charcuterie board or a plate of French cheeses. You just have to have a good time.
